For parking and easy access, turn off the High Street into the Co-op car park, and make your way to the far end of the car park.
Directions
From the North, West or East: Make for Marlborough on the A4 and then proceed on the A345 through the village of Oare to Pewsey, a distance of seven miles.
From the South and Southwest: Make for Salisbury and then proceed on the A345 via Amesbury to Pewsey, a distance of 20 miles.
The club house and green are at the far end of the Co-op car park, a short distance from King Alfred’s statue at the junction of North Street and High Street, Pewsey. There is ample car parking immediately adjacent to the club.
Local places of interest
Marlborough is of great interest with its fine old buildings including the famous Marlborough College. Salisbury with its beautiful cathedral and historic town has much to offer. There are seven white horses in Wiltshire, the best known being the one in Pewsey Vale. The Crofton Beam Engines are in East Grafton, five miles from Pewsey. There are also many National Trust properties nearby, including the outstanding gardens at Stourhead, and of course Stonehenge.
