Saturday 6th August saw the annual event between Devizes and Pewsey for the Robin Hendry Cup. Robin was a well loved member of both clubs over the years and his son and daughter gave a trophy for an annual game between the two clubs. Pewsey won the cup last year and after a good battle and a close game on 6 rinks in some strong sunshine Pewsey retained the cup by 8 points. It was a lovely event, played in good spirits followed by a sumptuous afternoon tea, a raffle and a fun game of ‘Heads and Tails’. Thank you Devizes for your company. See you next year!
